Against the background of new federal energy laws (EnWG) and the resulting
changes in the electricity industry, IT-Power was founded as an IT and Consulting
subsidiary of Stadtwerke Flensburg. According to our guiding principle that
"Our proven know-how for your business success," the business activities
of IT-Power consist of solution concepts which have proven value by Stadtwerke
Flensburg and which are specially designed for energy providers and telecommunication
customers. The services and solutions of IT-Power are oriented along the value-added
chain of customers. The main focus is on process-orientated consulting services
especially in IT environments.
One mainstay of IT-Power activities is Output Management. The Output Management
of IT-Power contains different stages of ordering in the area of “printing”.
That starts with the querying of data (primarily of SAP systems) for a printing
order via the processing of gross and net data with StreamServe all the way
to Lettershop (i.e. printing, enveloping and organisation of the mailing). Regional
and national companies as well as international companies from different sectors
like energy, telecommunication, logistics and commerce, banks and insurances
are using our services. From our point of view we are well and broadly positioned
by our business unit “Output Management”. Our strength is especially
with the topic report design of StreamServe and data collection/harvesting of
